on the municipal website to be printed off. Form

Public Disclosure Statements (PDS) report on certain
personal and family investments a member of council
might hold. Each person who is interested in running
for Council must submit a completed PDS along with
their nomination papers. Once elected, each member
of council is required to complete another PDS within
30 days of being elected. Members of council are also
required to update their PDS annually; however, if
any material changes occur during the year, the
council member is required to declare this information
within 30 days of the change.
As per Bylaw No. 4-20, the Criminal Record check
Bylaw, "every candidate for municipal office shall
obtain a current Criminal Record check at their own
expense." Please include both your Criminal Record
check as well as this form with your nomination
papers to the Town Office.
Nomination Papers will be accepted at the Town Office
on Wednesday October 7th, 2020 from 8AM to 4PM.
Also during regular business hours on September
22nd to October 6th, 2020.
