Get your hot chocolate ready (don’t forget the marshmallows), load your family into the car and take a drive around Balcarres to check out the 12 houses that have been nominated for this years Christmas Light Contest!!

Voting slips are available for pick up at the following locations:

Pick one up and vote for the houses you think are decorated the BEST!! Slips must be in to the Town Office no later than Friday December 18th @ noon!

Christmas Sleigh Rides!

Presented by the Balcarres Parks & Rec Board along with Sask Lotteries

Friday December 11th from 7pm - 9pm

Ride in an open sleigh pulled by a team of horses underneath the stars! PLUS enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate to take home!

Admission is FREE with the donation of a non perishable food item to the Regina Food Bank.

The Balcarres Parks & Rec Board is excited to announce Balcarres' first ever CHRISTMAS LIGHT CONTEST!

NOMINATIONS for the contest open Friday November 27th and will close Friday December 11th at noon. To nominate someone's house (or even your own home!) you can call Victoria at the Town Office @ 306-334-2566.

VOTING will be done by YOU (the community)! After nominations close voter slips will be available online or at the Town Office. Voting will start Friday December 11th at 7pm and close Friday December 18th at noon.
